At Local Whisker Mission, we ask detailed questions on our adoption questionnaire because our cats’ and kittens’ needs always come first. Many of the pets in our care have unique histories, personalities, or sensitivities, and being thorough helps us make the best possible match for both you and them. Every question is there to ensure a safe, loving, and lasting forever home — and we appreciate your patience and honesty as we help you find your perfect companion.

13. Do you have any other pets currently? If so, tell me about them! Are they up to date with vaccinations and spayed/neutered? Are the cats declawed?

14. Have you had any other pets in the past? If so, tell me about them and why they are no longer with you.
